Now that you have a plan, have implemented your plan, and have seen some results it is time to review! In the many years we’ve been in this industry never have we come across a digital strategy plan that didn’t have to be slightly tweaked here and there. This final step is your opportunity to see what worked, what didn’t, and what needs to be adjusted in order to optimize your digital marketing plan. However, while every plan is adaptable it’s time to go back to the beginning and validate our work. Did we set the right business goal? Are we targeting the right audience? Are we delivering the right message? Are we guiding visitors where they need to go? Are we making it easy on ourselves by using the right tools? Did we spend our advertising dollars wisely? Do we have the data to start making informed decisions? And so it goes round and round. A digital strategy is never truly completed, it just keeps getting better with age!
