Problem

A big box agency was running our current client’s PPC. Each month they received a phone call, a report, and zero strategy. This kept their spend consistent while conversion rates were dropping. Their Click Through Rate (CTR) was ~2% and their Conversion Rate was ~11%

Solution

We first evaluated their campaigns and found several issues with their settings, including improper targeting, lack of ad scheduling, and zero ad extensions. Additionally, all traffic was being sent to their homepage. We proposed fixing the campaign issues while also creating a PPC-specific landing page to drive leads.

Results

After implementing our recommendations while also providing quarterly strategy recommendations the results were astounding. We dropped the Cost Per Click by 14% and increased the Conversion Rate by nearly 70%. This lead to a drop in Cost Per Lead by nearly 50%!
